Cebu Braille Center Incorporated (CBCI), founded in 1979, is a non-stock, non-profit, Cebu City government-assisted private entity duly accredited by the Department of Education. It offers a pre-school education to the blind and the visually impaired. Cebu Braille Center also provides special education programs, special supportive services, resources and adaptive aids to enable the blind and the visually impaired to be mainstreamed into the regular school system and eventually in the world of work. Its offices and learning center are located at the second floor of the Multi-purpose Building, Cebu Normal University, Osmena Boulevard, Cebu City, Philippines.
