Cebu Braille Center Incorporated is committed to provide every visually impaired child equal access to become a productive and responsible citizen of the community. Specifically its objectives are as follows: - To develop among the blind and the visually impaired the basic concepts and skills in communication, literacy and numeracy. - To inculcate the desirable moral, social, spiritual and nationalistic values that would make them upright and responsible citizens of the country; - To improve their personal hygiene, health practices or habits in a clean and wholesome environment; and - To enable the blind students to advance to the next higher level through mainstreaming where they are integrated in the regular classes.
